Customer Representative Intern / Fresh Candidate – Online Sales & Customer Dealing, Office Job

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Representative Intern to join our online sales team based in Islamabad, Sector H13. This internship provides a valuable opportunity for freshers and interns to gain practical experience in online customer interaction, sales, and e-commerce. The role involves direct communication with customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other online platforms. Interns will assist in selling a variety of products including clothing, household items, groceries, rice and grains as a commission agent, and other general online shopping products. Candidates must be residents of Islamabad and fluent in Punjabi and Urdu.

Key Responsibilities
- Promptly attend and respond to customer phone calls.
- Communicate effectively with customers via WhatsApp and other online channels.
- Provide detailed information about products, pricing, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Manage online customer interactions with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist customers in selecting products and placing orders.
- Follow up with interested customers to support sales generation.
- Maintain high standards of communication and customer service.
- Develop skills related to online sales, customer engagement, and e-commerce operations.

Required Qualifications
