Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar retention-focused role.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Ability to work in-person at the designated office location.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
This is a full-time, permanent position based in PECHS, Block-6, Karachi, with afternoon shifts ranging from 1:00 pm to 11:30 pm PST and alternate weekends off. The compensation package includes a tier-based salary model with a maximum earning potential of PKR 150,000 per month. Additional financial incentives include commissions, KPIs-based bonuses, and various fringe benefits such as annual and anniversary bonuses, punctuality and weekday allowances, birthday allowances, annual leave, and medical insurance.
