Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the company’s voice during customer interactions, ensuring a professional and engaging communication style.
- Pitch and encourage customer reviews on various platforms to enhance the company’s online reputation.
- Achieve daily review targets while accurately documenting all customer interactions.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify common themes and potential areas for service improvement.
- Maintain high standards of quality and compliance in every customer engagement.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role involving customer interaction and review management.
- Excellent communication and conversational skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Punctuality and problem-solving skills to meet deadlines and resolve issues promptly.
- A team-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt and consistently exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
This is a full-time, permanent position based in PECHS, Block-6, Shahra-e-Faysal, Karachi. The salary range is PKR 80,000 to PKR 130,000 per month, complemented by incentives and additional fringe benefits such as annual bonuses, anniversary bonuses, punctuality rewards, and allowances for weekdays and birthdays.
