Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer sales calls efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers in English.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets within designated timeframes.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all customer interactions and data entry tasks.
- Work effectively during night shifts as required by the schedule.
- Follow company policies and actively contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications:
- At least six months of experience working in a call center environment.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Age between 18 and 40 years.
- Not currently enrolled as a student or employed elsewhere.
- Availability to work night shifts as per operational requirements.
