Customer Sales Agent

Mars BPO is looking for motivated and experienced Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have strong English communication skills, confidence in engaging with customers, and a results-oriented mindset. This role focuses on proactively reaching out to customers and potential clients to promote the company’s products and services while maintaining professional and positive interactions to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to existing customers and potential clients.
- Clearly explain and promote company products and services.
- Address customer questions and objections professionally and effectively.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and calls.
- Follow campaign guidelines and maintain quality standards throughout all communications.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Intermediate / A-Level.
- At least one year of experience in a call center or sales-related environment is preferred.
- Proficient spoken English communication skills.
- Demonstrated sales aptitude with strong persuasive abilities.
- Basic computer skills to manage records and communications.
