Customer Sales Agent

Maxmak Solutions is seeking confident and motivated Sales Executives to join our UK-based outbound call center located in DHA Phase 4, Lahore. This full-time position operates during the evening shift from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills and a positive attitude toward sales. This role involves engaging with customers in the UK to promote electricity and gas supply services, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to start or grow their career in sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers based in the UK.
- Promote and explain electricity and gas supply services effectively.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with all customers throughout the sales process.

Required Qualifications
- Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage customers effectively.
- Basic computer literacy to manage calls and record customer information.
