Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Experience: 6 Months+ Shift: US Night Shift Cure Bytes is looking for a confident and results-driven Cold Caller – Appointment Setter to join our Medical Billing sales team.

The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of cold calling experience, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to engage US-based healthcare providers and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound cold calls to US-based medical practices, clinics, and healthcare providers.
  • Use lead lists and scraped data to identify and contact potential clients.
  • Introduce Cure Bytes’ medical billing services professionally and confidently.
  • Qualify prospects and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Handle objections and engage decision-makers effectively.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and appointments.
  • Conduct consistent follow-ups with interested prospects.
  • Meet daily and monthly calling, appointment-setting, and lead-generation targets.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are properly handed over.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or B2B sales.
  • Experience with US-based clients is highly preferred.
  • Experience in medical billing, healthcare, or B2B services will be an advantage.
  • Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
  • Confident telephone personality with strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to work with scraped lead data and large prospect lists.
  • Strong follow-up and lead qualification skills.
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable working the US night shift.
