Customer Sales Representative – UK Campaign (Evening Shift)

We are looking for confident and motivated Customer Sales Representatives to join our online education sales team based in Islamabad. This full-time, on-site position involves engaging with prospective customers primarily in the UK and USA. The role requires understanding their educational needs, presenting our online courses effectively, and converting interested prospects into enrolled students. Candidates must possess excellent English communication skills, confidence, and strong customer-handling abilities. The working hours are from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, so comfort with overnight shifts is essential. A minimum of one year of relevant experience is required. Compensation includes a competitive salary along with performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the UK and USA.
- Introduce and clearly explain the features and benefits of our online education and tuition programs.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate courses to meet their needs.
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective students and their parents.
- Address questions and objections professionally and effectively.
- Follow up with interested leads to convert prospects into enrolled students.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead information.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience at all times.

Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in customer service, telesales, sales, or call center roles.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Clear, confident, and professional telephone manner.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a sales-driven mindset.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and working towards sales targets.
- Proficient in computer use and familiar with CRM systems.
- Positive, energetic, target-oriented, and professional attitude.
- Willingness to work overnight shifts.
