Two Hawks Engineering Services LLC is seeking a dedicated Customer Sales Representative to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis in Chaklala Scheme 3, Rawalpindi. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities and supporting existing clients by responding to inquiries, qualifying leads, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to close sales in alignment with company objectives. The representative will work closely with engineering and project teams to clarify technical requirements and ensure timely communication with clients. This position requires managing both outbound and inbound communications, scheduling and attending client meetings, presenting services, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. Maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales systems and contributing to sales reporting and planning are also key aspects of the role.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business and support existing client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and qualify leads to ensure alignment with company services.
- Prepare detailed proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM or sales management software.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to clarify technical details and ensure client requirements are met.
- Manage daily outbound and inbound calls and emails, schedule client meetings, and deliver professional presentations.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize revenue.
- Contribute to sales reporting, participate in sales planning sessions, and support initiatives aimed at improving customer experience.

Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to build trust, handle objections, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Proven sales and business development capabilities, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional presentation abilities, and active listening.
- Basic understanding of engineering, construction, or technical services, with the aptitude to learn and clearly explain core offerings.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or sales management software, accompanied by strong data entry and documentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple opportunities and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work on-site in Chaklala Scheme 3, Rawalpindi, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in sales, customer support, or account management, preferably within the engineering or construction industry.
- Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
