Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with potential clients professionally.
- Conduct cold calls and follow up on qualified leads to generate business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and effectively introduce relevant company services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients based in the US and Canada.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-ups with prospects.
- Convert qualified leads into potential business deals.
- Keep accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.

Required Qualifications
