Allianz Call Center Services (Private) Limited is looking for motivated and confident Customer Sales Representatives (CSRs) to join their expanding team in Islamabad. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication, sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. This role involves engaging with international customers to drive business growth through effective outreach and solution selling.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Outreach: Make cold and warm outbound calls to prospective international clients to generate new business opportunities.
Pitch & Solution Selling: Present company products and services, identify customer needs, and recommend tailored solutions.
Closing Deals: Manage objections, negotiate terms, and follow up diligently to convert leads into sales.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily call targets, pipeline KPIs, and monthly sales quotas.
CRM & Compliance: Accurately document call activities and customer interactions in the CRM system while adhering to company scripts and communication standards.

Required Qualifications
Experience: 2 to 3 years in outbound sales or working in an international call center environment; experience in Forex or financial campaigns is highly preferred.
Communication: Fluent and persuasive English-speaking skills with professional call etiquette.
Sales Capabilities: Proven ability to pitch products, handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
Drive & Resilience: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure to meet sales goals.
Professionalism: Demonstrates discipline, punctuality, coachability, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Salary: Monthly compensation ranges from PKR 50,000 to 80,000, depending on experience.
Work Schedule: Saturday to Thursday, 10:30 AM to 8:45 PM, with Fridays off.
Training and Recognition: Comprehensive sales training and coaching are provided, along with monthly awards recognizing the Best Agent.
Work Environment: This is an in-person role based in Islamabad, requiring strong interpersonal skills and commitment to the team.
