Customer Sales Representative

Techzilla BPO is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Call Centre Representatives for a prominent USA telecom outbound campaign. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to customers as part of a USA telecom campaign.
- Clearly communicate product information and respond to customer inquiries.
- Meet daily and monthly sales or contact targets in a fast-paced setting.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Work collaboratively with team members and management to enhance processes and performance.
- Follow company policies and uphold professionalism in all customer interactions.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills, with a neutral or U.S. accent preferred.
- Ability to perform efficiently in a target-driven, fast-paced call center environment.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Dependability, punctuality, and a strong eagerness to learn and grow within the company.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in call center operations or outbound sales is highly desirable.
- At least one year of relevant experience is preferred.
- Competitive basic salary ranging from PKR 30,000 to PKR 50,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
