Customer Sales Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Sales Representative to join our team on a full-time basis, working the night shift from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM (PST) in Johar Town, Lahore. This role involves engaging with property owners in the USA through outbound calls to identify potential sellers and present cash offer benefits. The position requires working Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays, and offers a competitive salary range of PKR 60,000 to 80,000 plus commission, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners in the USA to identify motivated sellers.
- Clearly communicate the advantages of receiving cash offers for their properties.
- Collect and document detailed information regarding property condition, seller motivation, and timelines.
- Handle inquiries and objections professionally and confidently.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and update CRM systems with all relevant interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies and achieve campaign goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear and understandable accent.
- Confidence and professionalism when engaging with clients over the phone.
- Ability to work during the EST time zone hours, corresponding to 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Time.
- Minimum of one year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to reliably commute or relocate to Lahore before starting work.
