Customer Sales Representative

Techzilla BPO is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as Call Centre Representatives for a prominent USA telecom outbound campaign. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in the USA telecom market.
- Effectively communicate product information and handle customer inquiries.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, target-driven work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and achieve collective goals.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills, preferably with a neutral or U.S. accent.
- Ability to work night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment focused on meeting targets.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
