Customer Sales Representative

BB Technologies, a dynamic and expanding digital marketing agency based in Gulberg III, Lahore, is seeking a motivated Customer Sales Representative to join their sales team. This role involves engaging with international clients through outbound calls to promote the agency’s digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to meet ambitious targets. The position is on-site with working hours from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays off. The compensation package includes a base salary plus commission and incentives, ranging from PKR 50,000 to PKR 70,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective international clients to effectively pitch digital marketing services.
- Identify client needs, address objections, and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through consistent follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to achieve and surpass monthly revenue targets.
- Accurately document all client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or sales; experience within a digital marketing agency is advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- A target-driven mindset with resilience and strong motivation to consistently meet monthly KPIs.
- Availability to work the specified 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift on-site in Gulberg III.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
