Customer Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Sales Representative to join our packaging and box manufacturing company located at Canal Eden Villas, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore. This role operates on a night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client inquiries, generating sales, and coordinating customized packaging orders. Strong communication skills and experience with custom box packaging solutions are essential to effectively meet client needs and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and social media channels.
- Accurately understand client requirements regarding custom box packaging, including size, material, printing, and finishing options.
- Prepare detailed quotations and pricing proposals based on customer specifications.
- Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders.
- Collaborate closely with design and production teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintain and update customer database and sales records using CRM software.
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the packaging, printing, or manufacturing industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Ability to interpret packaging specifications and understand pricing structures.
- Basic knowledge of packaging materials such as corrugated boxes, rigid boxes, and folding cartons.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software for managing sales activities.
- A target-driven and customer-focused approach to meet and exceed sales goals.
