Customer Sales Representative

Al Muqadas Travel, a UK-based Umrah and travel company, specializes in providing comprehensive Umrah packages, including flights, hotels, visa assistance, and other travel services. We are committed to delivering reliable service, building customer trust, and ensuring comfortable spiritual journeys. We are currently seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the travel industry, strong sales abilities, and a solid understanding of Umrah packages, hotels in Makkah and Madinah, as well as travel booking platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries through various channels such as calls and WhatsApp.
- Promote Umrah packages, prepare accurate quotations, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of hotels in Makkah and Madinah, including their locations, facilities, and pricing.
- Utilize travel portals to verify hotel availability, flight options, and package rates.
- Follow up with potential customers regularly to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Assist customers with booking procedures, documentation, and provide ongoing support throughout the travel process.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in the travel industry is essential.
- Proven experience in Umrah sales and package bookings.
- Strong knowledge of hotels in Makkah and Madinah.
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms; knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proactive, well-organized, and highly target-oriented.

Additional Details
- Salary Range: PKR 45,000 to 75,000 per month.
- Experience Required: 1 to 2 years or more in a relevant role.
- Location: Johar Town PIA, Lahore, Pakistan.
- Shift Timings: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
- Work Arrangement: On-site, in person.
