Customer Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and assess client requirements thoroughly to provide tailored property solutions.
- Conduct detailed demonstrations of property units and arrange site visits to help clients make informed decisions.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to track any changes in their preferences or requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of deals by effectively managing the sales process from initial contact through to final agreement.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Serve as the face of Zameen.com, delivering a positive and professional customer experience throughout every interaction.

Required Qualifications

- A degree-level education or equivalent practical experience.
- A passion for sales, with a strong commitment to excellence and customer service.
- 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred; however, fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members.
