Customer Sales Representative (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Deliver exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts from 2:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
