Customer Sales Representative| Office Based

Mugshei Pvt. Ltd., located in Garden Town, Lahore, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team full-time on-site. This role involves supporting USA-based businesses with their custom box, packaging, and printing needs. The ideal candidate will combine strong customer service skills with sales expertise to provide product consultation, negotiate quotations, and secure orders. The position offers a competitive salary package ranging from PKR 70,000 to PKR 100,000, plus an attractive commission structure. Working hours are from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with qualified customers interested in customized packaging and printing solutions.
- Ask relevant questions to understand clients’ product, design, material, and quantity requirements.
- Guide clients through available customization and printing options to recommend suitable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with estimation and design teams to confirm product feasibility and pricing.
- Present proposals and quotations clearly and professionally to customers.
- Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and work towards order confirmation.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients to foster strong relationships.
- Follow up on outstanding quotations and pending decisions to close sales efficiently.
- Keep CRM records updated with customer requirements, sales progress, and interactions.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth processing of confirmed orders.
- Work consistently toward monthly revenue targets and identify opportunities for repeat sales.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent English communication and listening skills, essential for interacting with international clients.
- Confidence in customer consultation and commercial negotiation processes.
- Strong sales closing abilities and relationship-building skills.
- Previous experience in B2B or international sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with packaging, printing, or customized product industries is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently toward measurable targets.
