Customer Sales Representative

We are seeking motivated and experienced Customer Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a background in call center environments, particularly with experience in Final Expense (FE) and Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) voice campaigns. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets. The position is full-time and office-based, offering a professional work environment with opportunities for growth and performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls related to Final Expense and Motor Vehicle Accident campaigns.
- Engage customers confidently and professionally to promote products and services.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using basic computer applications.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three months’ experience working in a call center environment, preferably with FE and MVA campaigns.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively.
- Professional demeanor with confidence in handling customer interactions.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with common office software.
- Ability to work full-time in an office setting, adhering to scheduled shifts.
- Willingness to work the assigned shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
