Customer Sales Representative

We are seeking motivated and experienced Customer Sales Representatives to join our dynamic call center team. The ideal candidates will handle both inbound and outbound voice campaigns, specifically focusing on F.E and MVA campaigns. This full-time role requires individuals who are confident communicators, comfortable working with targets, and eager to contribute to a professional and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls related to F.E and MVA voice campaigns.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidence during customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets while adhering to key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Accurately document customer information and call details using basic computer systems.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure campaign goals are met.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of three months’ experience in a call center environment, with specific exposure to MVA and F.E campaigns preferred.
- Strong command of English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with customers.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting set targets and KPIs.
- Basic computer literacy to manage call documentation and related tasks.
