Customer Sales Representative

BPO BAY is looking for enthusiastic Customer Sales Representatives to join our onsite team in Rehmanabad, Rawalpindi. This full-time position requires working US business hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The role involves engaging with business owners in the US market through outbound calls, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our services. We welcome fresh graduates as well as experienced sales professionals who have strong communication skills and a genuine interest in building a career in sales. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 60,000 to 100,000 per month, along with commission based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the US market.
- Clearly introduce company services and identify clients’ business requirements.
- Address client questions and objections professionally during conversations.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers using effective sales techniques.
- Follow up with leads to nurture and maintain positive client relationships.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities through CRM software.

Required Qualifications
- Proficient spoken English with clear and effective communication skills.
- At least one year of experience in sales, cold calling, or outbound outreach preferred.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a target-driven approach.
- Willingness to work onsite in Rawalpindi/Islamabad during US business hours (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, although prior telesales or international sales experience is advantageous.
