Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media channels.
- Communicate clearly and courteously with both potential and existing clients.
- Follow up on leads promptly and schedule meetings or calls as needed.
- Explain the agency’s services to prospective clients to generate interest and build trust.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update lead information regularly.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless client management.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone and handling diverse inquiries.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and various social media platforms for communication.
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage and track leads effectively.
