Customer Sales Representative - Ticketing

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Sales Representative specializing in ticketing to join our team onsite in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with flight reservations, ticketing, and customer service, particularly using the Travelport Galileo Global Distribution System (GDS). This role requires the ability to efficiently convert customer leads into confirmed bookings while delivering excellent pre- and post-sales support. The position demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a sales-oriented approach to meet and exceed booking targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage flight-related customer inquiries by providing accurate quotations and recommending suitable travel options.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from received leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Search for flight availability, fares, schedules, and routing options using Travelport Galileo GDS.
- Create, update, and maintain Passenger Name Records (PNRs) within the GDS system.
- Handle ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and other after-sales services efficiently.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain precise booking, ticketing, and customer records to ensure data accuracy.
- Adhere to airline fare rules, policies, and ticketing procedures at all times.
- Consistently achieve assigned booking and sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in flight ticketing and reservations.
- Proven hands-on experience with Travelport Galileo GDS is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of airline fares, fare rules, ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and cancellations.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Urdu.
- Demonstrated ability to handle customers effectively and convert leads into bookings.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines and sales targets.
- High attention to detail with the capability to maintain accurate booking records.
