Customer Sales Representative (UK & US Shift)

Brandix Soft (Pvt.) Ltd. is a leading digital marketing agency providing high-quality services to clients across the UK, U.S., and Canada. We are currently seeking motivated and skilled Customer Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will focus on driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships through effective communication and targeted sales strategies, primarily engaging with the UK and US markets via cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through cold calls.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the UK and US markets.
- Engage customers through regular calls and virtual meetings to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Maintain consistent communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall company success.
- Manage and optimize all customer interactions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape to adjust sales approaches accordingly.

Required Qualifications

- Completion of Matric/O-Level or equivalent education.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers professionally.
- A customer-focused mindset combined with a high level of professionalism.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Shift Timings

- UK Campaign: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- US Campaign: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
