Everlink Solutions is seeking motivated and experienced Customer Sales Representatives to join our expanding team. The ideal candidates will handle both inbound and outbound voice campaigns, specifically focusing on F.E and MVA campaigns. This full-time role offers a dynamic work environment where strong communication skills and a target-driven mindset are essential. If you have a minimum of three months’ experience in a call center setting and are looking for growth opportunities, this position could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently for F.E and MVA voice campaigns.
- Maintain professional and confident communication with customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Utilize basic computer skills to log calls and update customer information accurately.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet campaign goals.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 months of prior call center experience, preferably in MVA and F.E campaigns.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with customers.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting targets and KPIs.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations and software used in call centers.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive salary structure starting at 30,000 PKR plus commissions based on performance.
