Customer Sales Support Specialist

BoxesGen, a leading provider of custom packaging solutions based in Lahore, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Sales Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role involves working the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time, primarily serving USA-based clients. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of sales experience within the packaging industry and possess strong communication skills to confidently manage client relationships and sales processes. Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Understand client packaging requirements and recommend appropriate materials, styles, printing, and finishing options.
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations, follow up with prospects, and negotiate to close sales effectively.
- Generate new leads and convert inquiries into long-term customer relationships.
- Process orders accurately and coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order progression.
- Keep clients informed about timelines, order status, and delivery updates throughout the production cycle.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly by collaborating with internal teams to provide effective solutions.
- Maintain precise customer records, quotations, and follow-up activities within CRM systems.
- Work consistently toward achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Provide dedicated support to USA-based clients during the designated night shift hours.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, with mandatory prior experience in the packaging industry.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.
- Solid understanding of custom packaging products and customer needs.
- Professional and confident approach with a strong motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Effective problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail when handling quotations, orders, and customer data.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support tools.
- Availability to work on-site in Lahore during the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PKT.
- Minimum Intermediate qualification; diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred.

Experience working with USA-based clients will be considered a significant advantage.
