Customer Service Coordinator

Yuni Rides, a U.S.-based transportation company dedicated to providing safe and reliable services for children and families, is expanding its operations in Karachi and seeking a Customer Service Representative – Dispatch Coordinator. This full-time, on-site role involves real-time monitoring and coordination of daily transportation activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with drivers, families, schools, and internal teams to ensure trips run smoothly, safely, and on schedule. This position requires strong organizational skills, professional communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily transportation trips and assigned routes in real time to track progress and identify any delays or operational issues.
- Maintain continuous communication with drivers, providing timely support and coordinating any necessary trip adjustments or driver reassignments.
- Support morning and afternoon dispatch operations to help maintain on-time service delivery.
- Respond professionally to inquiries from drivers, families, schools, and internal teams, troubleshooting service issues and coordinating resolutions.
- Escalate critical operational concerns to appropriate team members when needed.
- Assist with driver onboarding processes, including documentation and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate operational records, updates, and communication logs using dispatch, scheduling, CRM, and other platforms.
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks with attention to detail while managing multiple active requests.
- Collaborate effectively with dispatch, operations, customer support, and management teams to identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.
- Uphold professional communication and service standards across all interactions.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, logistics, transportation, call center operations, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with professional proficiency in English.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
- Comfortable working with computers, web-based systems, and multiple communication platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Quick learner of new dispatch, scheduling, CRM, and operational systems.
- Reliable, organized, professional, and customer-focused.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in transportation or logistics operations, dispatch coordination, fleet or driver coordination, scheduling and route management, real-time operations monitoring, customer support, driver onboarding, CRM or ticket-management systems, or school transportation services will be advantageous.

Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday, with shifts from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM or 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PKT.
Location: On-site at Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi, Pakistan.
Compensation: PKR 45,000 – 50,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
