Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Night Shift

We are seeking motivated and confident individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for the night shift at our Gulberg, Lahore location. This full-time, on-site role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will be able to handle inquiries professionally, maintain positive relationships, and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction. The shift runs from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with weekends off. The salary range for this position is PKR 30,000 to 50,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers as needed and keep accurate records of interactions.
- Achieve assigned performance targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site during the specified night shift hours.
