Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Onsite

We are looking for a confident and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our onsite team based in Korangi. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently. Female candidates who are fluent in English and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service are especially encouraged to apply. This is a full-time role offering a competitive monthly salary between PKR 30,000 and 50,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software and other tools.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure consistent service quality in a dynamic environment.
- Exhibit punctuality and professionalism while strictly following company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English communication is mandatory.
- At least one year of experience in customer service, call center, or related customer support roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, email, and CRM systems.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- A punctual, professional, and team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- The salary range for this position is PKR 30,000 to 50,000 per month.
- The work location is Main Korangi, 2nd Floor, HBL Building near Askari Bank.
- Candidates must have reliable commuting options or be willing to relocate to Korangi prior to starting employment.

Work Schedule
Applicants must be able to commit to one of the following shifts:
- 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday) with Saturday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
OR
- 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Monday to Friday) with Saturday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their English fluency and confirm availability for the specified working hours during the application process. This position requires physical presence at the designated office location.
