Customer Service Representative- CSR- Gulshan

We are seeking confident and motivated individuals to join our expanding call center team located in Gulshan. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude throughout interactions
- This role does not involve sales or target-based activities

Required Qualifications:
- Good command of English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Educational background of Intermediate or Graduate level (freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Confident, energetic, and self-motivated personality
- Basic computer knowledge to manage call center software and tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers
