Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are seeking a motivated and communication-driven Customer Service Representative to join our Sales Department. This role involves working night shifts from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday, at our on-site office located in Block 13, Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have experience working with US-based clients, possess strong sales support skills, and be capable of managing logistics-related sales operations efficiently. This position requires excellent communication abilities and a goal-oriented mindset to meet daily performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based clients.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to close sales deals.
- Accurately and timely book vehicle shipment orders.
- Consistently achieve and maintain daily KPIs.
- Maintain precise records of bookings and client interactions.

Required Qualifications
- Proven international sales background.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly over phone calls.
- Strong command of English with a neutral or US-friendly accent.
- Ability to work efficiently during night shifts.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed daily KPIs.

Compensation
Monthly salary ranges from Rs50,000 to Rs80,000, depending on experience and performance.
