Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are looking for motivated and confident Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Lahore. Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers to introduce company services
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate assistance
- Follow up with potential customers as needed
- Maintain high standards of professional communication and customer service

Required Qualifications
- Female candidates aged between 18 and 23 years
- Minimum education level: Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS); graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Confident and professional communication style
- Willingness to work night shifts

Compensation
Monthly salary range: Rs45,000 to Rs70,000
