Customer Service Representative (CSR)

KSM Media Hut is seeking a professional and confident Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team. This full-time role requires excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, and the ability to engage with clients in a clear, timely, and organized manner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, following up on tasks, and ensuring smooth communication across various channels. This position demands reliability, politeness, attention to detail, and the ability to work during EST business hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role offers flexibility with remote or office-based work depending on company needs, and the hiring process is expected to be completed within two weeks.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communication via calls, emails, chats, and internal platforms.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns.
- Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, updates, and client requests.
- Coordinate with internal departments to provide project updates, reports, and address client needs.
- Support daily customer service and administrative duties.
- Escalate critical issues to appropriate team members when necessary.
- Ensure every client interaction is smooth, professional, and satisfactory.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Strong communication and active listening abilities.
- Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
- Previous experience in customer service, client support, virtual assistance, or similar roles is preferred.
- Proficiency with tools such as Gmail, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, CRM systems, or comparable platforms.
- Professional demeanor with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage follow-ups independently without constant supervision.
- Calm, polite, and confident when interacting with clients.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.

The position offers a monthly salary range of Rs100,000 to Rs150,000.
