Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Vortexian Tech LLC is seeking motivated and articulate Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team at our DHA Phase 8, Lahore office. This full-time, onsite position requires working the night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.

- Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.

Required Qualifications
