Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Professional Worlds is seeking confident and motivated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time position requires working the night shift from the office. Female candidates are preferred. The role involves providing excellent customer service with strong communication skills in English. The salary ranges from PKR 60,000 to 90,000 per month, plus commission, along with additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in English.
- Handle customer concerns with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude during night shift hours.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent English-speaking and communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts from the office location.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
