Customer Service Representative CSR

We are looking for confident, motivated, and results-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team supporting a US-based Digital Marketing and SEO campaign. The ideal candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting digital marketing and SEO services, generating leads, and converting prospects into loyal customers. This role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong client relationships, and a focus on meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential US-based clients.
- Effectively promote digital marketing and SEO services.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with potential clients to ensure ongoing engagement.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of previous call center experience.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in handling outbound calls.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
