Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls professionally for the domestic campaign.
- Communicate clearly and courteously with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Provide accurate information and assist customers with their queries effectively.
- Adhere to campaign guidelines and follow established call-handling procedures.
- Achieve assigned performance and quality targets consistently.

Required Qualifications:
- Good communication skills in English and/or Urdu, as required for the domestic campaign.
- Educational qualification of Intermediate, A-Level, or Graduate.
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
- Basic computer literacy.
- A confident, professional, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.

- Part-Time Night Shift (Male): 8:00 PM – 1:00 AM
