Customer Service Representative / CSR- Part & Full Time

We are seeking motivated and skilled Customer Service Representatives for an international call center based in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently to contribute to team goals.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to international clients.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Qualifications
- Education level from Intermediate to Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to work under pressure.
- Must reside near Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi, or be willing to commute daily.
- Previous experience in a call center or sales environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
