Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Strive BPO is looking for motivated and confident Customer Service Representatives to join its international Medicare and ACA campaigns. This full-time, onsite position is based in Rawalpindi and operates during the night shift from 6 PM to 4 AM. The company welcomes both experienced professionals and freshers who possess excellent English communication skills. Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently, addressing inquiries related to Medicare and ACA.
- Communicate with customers confidently and clearly, ensuring their needs are met while working towards set targets.
- Manage calls and other communications in accordance with company policies and campaign guidelines.
- Continuously improve skills through ongoing professional training and adapt to new customer service techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent English communication and speaking skills are essential.
- A confident and personable attitude with strong interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure during challenging customer interactions.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and consistently meet performance targets.
- Candidates must be residents of Islamabad or Rawalpindi.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in call centers, customer service, or Medicare and ACA campaigns is preferred but not mandatory.
