Customer Service Representative (CSR)

ENCS Networks is looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This full-time position offers a hybrid work model tailored primarily for female candidates, with shifts aligned to the US time zone. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support by managing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience for clients. Key Responsibilities
