Customer Service Representative- Female Preferred

Arena Multimedia is seeking a dynamic and confident female professional to join our team as a Brand Representative and Customer Experience Specialist. This role goes beyond traditional customer support, requiring someone who thrives on direct interaction, creativity, and representing the brand both in-person and on camera. The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face of Arena Multimedia, engaging clients, managing events, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact, impressing clients with exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Represent the brand on camera for videos, online sessions, and social media platforms.
- Take charge of event management, including logistics, hosting, and audience engagement.
- Maintain the front office with professionalism, ensuring a polished and welcoming environment.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, balancing administrative duties, event coordination, and customer care.
- Adapt to flexible working hours, especially during special events and campaigns.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- At least one year of experience in front desk operations or customer service roles.
- Fluency in English and Urdu is essential for effective communication.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle clients confidently and professionally.
- Highly presentable with a professional demeanor suitable for on-camera appearances.
- Comfortable and enthusiastic about participating in video shoots and hosting activities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Details:
- Candidates residing within a 6-8 km radius of North Nazimabad will be given preference to ensure ease of commute.
- The position is full-time and requires physical presence at the workplace.
- Salary starts from Rs 42,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skills.
- Flexibility in working hours is necessary to accommodate event schedules and special assignments.
