Customer Service Representative (FUNFINITY - Soft Play Area)

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional individuals to join FUNFINITY, Pakistan's largest soft play area, located in Lake City Mall, Lahore. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and engaging environment for children and their families. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism. Candidates will work full-time and contribute to maintaining a positive experience for all visitors while supporting promotional activities and membership drives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guide customers and children regarding the games and play area, ensuring they understand the rules and enjoy their time safely.
- Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, aiming for quick and effective resolution.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist in membership registrations and support promotional campaigns to increase customer engagement and retention.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level: Matriculation (equivalent to high school completion).
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in customer service or roles involving interaction with children.
- Age between 18 and 26 years.
- Must be presentable and possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and children.
- Willingness to wear a uniform as part of the job requirements.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in customer-facing and child-focused environments, particularly within soft play areas or similar recreational settings, is highly desirable.
- This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary in the range of Rs40,000 to Rs45,000.
- The work location is on-site at Lake City Mall, Lahore, requiring candidates to be available for in-person duties.
