Customer Service Representative - International Campaign | Model Town Lahore

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) with 1-2 years of experience in handling international customers through live chat, email, and phone support. This role is focused solely on customer support, with no sales targets or commission-based work involved. The position is based at Model Town Link Road, Lahore, and requires candidates to be located within 15 kilometers of this area. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing customer interactions professionally and efficiently, ensuring a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer support via live chat, email, and inbound/outbound calls.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly while maintaining professionalism.
- Manage customer tickets and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Prepare and share daily progress updates and reports.
- Participate in meetings with team members and other departments as required.
- Consistently deliver an excellent customer experience while adhering to quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in international customer service, customer support, or call center operations.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, Kustomer, or similar tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Candidates residing near Model Town, Garden Town, Faisal Town, Township, Johar Town, Gulberg, DHA, or nearby areas will be preferred.
