This role involves proactive outreach and lead generation focused on the U.S. healthcare sector. The successful candidate will research and compile targeted lists of clinics, billing departments, and physician groups across the United States. They will engage with key decision-makers such as practice administrators, billing managers, and CFOs through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify challenges like high denial rates, accounts receivable backlogs, and collection inefficiencies. The primary goal is to secure qualified appointments for Account Executives while maintaining detailed records of calls, lead statuses, and follow-up actions within the CRM system. Meeting weekly and monthly targets for calls, connections, and meetings booked is essential. Additionally, the candidate will provide valuable market feedback to sales and marketing teams to refine outreach scripts and messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to build comprehensive lists of U.S. clinics, billing departments, and physician groups.
- Initiate contact with practice administrators, billing managers, and CFOs via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- Identify client pain points such as high denial rates, accounts receivable backlogs, and collection gaps.
- Schedule qualified appointments for Account Executives to advance sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date call notes, lead statuses, and follow-up activities within the CRM.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls made, connections established, and meetings booked.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams by sharing market insights to enhance outreach strategies and messaging.
Required Qualifications
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in international sales, lead generation, or outbound B2B sales, preferably targeting U.S., UK, or Gulf markets.
- Demonstrated success in achieving calling, lead generation, or appointment-setting targets.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with confidence engaging U.S.-based decision-makers.
- Ability to handle high call volumes, navigate gatekeepers, and manage objections effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Willingness to work onsite during U.S. night shift hours.
The position is based in DHA - 1, Islamabad, with office hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM to align with U.S. business hours. Candidates must be able to commute to the office and be comfortable working the specified night shift.
