Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via WhatsApp.
- Clear all messages daily, addressing and resolving customer concerns efficiently.
- Confirm customer orders and provide timely updates regarding their status.
- Actively promote products to customers to support sales growth.
- Maintain consistent, high-quality customer service throughout all interactions.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Intermediate or Graduate level.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Urdu with intermediate proficiency in English.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
