Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a high volume of outbound sales calls targeting potential clients, including owner-operators and fleet owners throughout North America.
- Deliver tailored sales presentations that clearly communicate the benefits of our dispatch services.
- Handle inbound inquiries by providing knowledgeable guidance on how our solutions meet clients’ specific needs.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and consistent follow-up techniques.
- Work closely with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and integration.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams to consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of O/A Levels, FA/FSc, or higher.
- Language Skills: Fluent spoken and written English, preferably with a North American accent or tone.
- Experience: Prior experience in trucking, dispatch, sales, or BPO environments is highly desirable. However, candidates with exceptional communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
