Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team for the day shift in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations by monitoring systems, managing digital dashboards, and observing real-time updates. This role demands maintaining accurate records, promptly reporting any irregularities, and ensuring effective communication with our US-based teams through chat platforms and reporting tools. A strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to internal guidelines is essential to excel in this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily system operations and manage digital dashboards to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Track daily activities and report any irregularities or issues promptly.
- Maintain consistent communication with US-based teams using chat platforms and reporting tools.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all reporting and documentation.
- Follow internal guidelines, processes, and protocols strictly to uphold operational standards.

Required Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and consistent work performance.
- Professional, dependable, and punctual attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with web-based tools.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- This is a full-time, in-person position based in Karachi.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000.
