Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused, and well-presented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our boutique store located at Lavish Mall, Tariq Road. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional in-store shopping experience by assisting customers, handling inquiries, supporting sales efforts, and maintaining a welcoming environment. This position requires someone who is confident, polite, and able to work effectively within a team to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and patience.
- Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly sales goals.
- Provide detailed information about products, prices, sizes, availability, and ongoing promotions.
- Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty.
- Assist with billing processes and other daily store operations.
- Keep the store environment neat, organized, and inviting for customers.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, CSR roles, boutique, clothing brand, or retail environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Urdu and English.
- Customer-focused attitude with a polite and calm demeanor when handling complaints.
- Confident, well-groomed, and professionally presented appearance.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems are preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and consistently meet sales targets.
- Willingness and ability to work the assigned shift from 12 PM to 9 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- Reliable commuting or relocation plans to Karachi, specifically Tariq Road area, are required.
- Prior experience in CSR for at least one year is mandatory, with retail market experience considered a plus.
